Le 45e Concours de Boulogne-Billancourt commencera le mardi 6 janvier 2026 à 11h.
Les inscriptions se termineront au plus tard le vendredi 30 janvier à 23h59.
In 2026, the Boulogne-Billancourt board game designer’s international Contest celebrate its 45th edition.
The 45th Boulogne-Billancourt Contest will start on Tuesday, January 6, 2025.
Registration will close on Friday, January 30 at 11:59 p.m.

- 1re phase, lecture de règles / Rules reading (126 participants) : 6 janvier – 10 mars 2026
- 2e phase, tests de prototype / Prototype tests (30 participants) : 10 mars – juin 2026
- 3e phase : Finale du 45e Concours / Final (10 participants) : 26-27 septembre 2026
Règlement / Rules
La participation au 45e Concours de Boulogne-Billancourt implique l’acceptation intégrale du règlement du Concours.
À noter, la fiche d’inscription et la fiche technique ont été modifiées pour cette nouvelle édition au profit d’une nouvelle fiche d’inscription et d’une fiche « déroulé ». Merci de bien faire attention à télécharger le nouveau modèle de fiche d’inscription ci-dessous.
La nouvelle fiche « déroulé » doit décrire de manière détaillée les 3 premiers tours de jeu de l’ensemble des joueurs. Les actions effectuées doivent y être intégralement détaillées et les résultats des actions explicités.
Participation in the 45th Boulogne-Billancourt Contest requires full acceptance of the Contest rules.
Please note that the registration and technical files have been changed for a new registration file and a « run-through » sheet. Please make sure to download and return the new registration file template below.
The new « run-through » sheet inquired for this edition has to fully describe the first three rounds for each player. Actions have to be fully detailed and their results must be clearly explained.

Modalités d’inscription / Registration details
2e phase / 2nd Phase
- Le jeu doit OBLIGATOIREMENT être sélectionné par l’organisation parmi les 30 qualifiés pour la 2e phase / The game MUST be selected by the organization among the 30 qualified for the 2nd phase
- Envoyer le prototype sous 3 semaines après réception du mail de qualification / Send the prototype within 3 weeks after receipt of the qualification email.
- Payer les frais de participation à la 2e phase via le lien de paiement Paypal ci-dessous / Pay the participation fees for the 2nd phase via the Paypal button below
Finalistes / Finalists
30 prototypes participent aux tests. Au terme de ceux-ci, 10 jeux seront qualifiés pour la finale du 45e Concours de Boulogne-Billancourt.
30 prototypes will take part in the tests. At the end of these, 10 games will be qualified for the final of the 45th Boulogne-Billancourt Contest.
Finale / Final
Le verdict du 45e Concours de Boulogne-Billancourt sera rendu le dimanche 27 septembre 2026 à Boulogne-Billancourt au cours de la manifestation CreaGames par le jury paritaire constitué pour l’occasion.
The result of the 45th Boulogne-Billancourt Contest will be delivered on Sunday, September 27, 2026 at Boulogne-Billancourt during CreaGames by an equal commitee formed for this special occasion.
