Les inscriptions se sont sont déroulées du 9 au 28 janviers 2024.

In 2024, the 43rd Boulogne-Billancourt board game designer’s international Contest celebrates its 43rd edition. Registrations closed on Sunday January 28, 2024 because the limit of 120 registrants was reached that day.

• Inscriptions / Registrations : 9 janvier – 28 janvier 2024
• 1re phase, lecture de règles / rules reading (126 participants) : 9 janvier – 8 mars 2024
• 2e phase, tests de prototype / prototype tests (30 participants)  : 8 mars – juin 2024 (EN COURS / IN PROGRESS)
• 3e phase : Finale du 43e Concours / Final (10 participants) : 28-29 septembre 2024

Règlement / Rules

La participation au 43e Concours de Boulogne-Billancourt implique l’acceptation intégrale du règlement du Concours.

Participation in the 43rd Boulogne-Billancourt Contest requires full acceptance of the Contest rules.

Modalités d’inscription / Registration details

1re phase (inscriptions terminées / Registrations completed)

• Prendre connaissance du règlement /Read the rules
• Envoyer son dossier complet par mail (fiche d’inscription, règles du jeu, photo du jeu, fiche technique ) / Send the full participation file by mail (registration file, rules of the game, photo of the game, technical sheet)
• Payer les frais de participation à la 1re phase via Paypal /Pay the participation fees for the 1st phase via Paypal

2e phase

• Le jeu doit OBLIGATOIREMENT être sélectionné par l’organisation parmi les 30 qualifiés pour la 2e phase / The game MUST be selected by the organization among the 30 qualified for the 2nd phase
• Envoyer le prototype sous 3 semaines après réception du mail de qualification / Send the prototype within 3 weeks after receipt of the qualification email.
• Payer les frais de participation à la 2e phase via Paypal / Pay the participation fees for the 2nd phase via Paypal

2e phase / 2nd Phase

30 prototypes participent aux tests. Au terme de ceux-ci, 10 jeux se sont qualifiés pour la finale du 43e Concours de Boulogne-Billancourt.

30 prototypes take part in the tests. At the end of these, 10 games have been qualified for the final of the 43rd Boulogne-Billancourt Contest.

Paiement 2e phase /Payment 2nd phase

Il existe trois options pour le paiement des frais de participation à la 2e phase :

• le paiement de base à 45 €. Dans cette option, le prototype ne sera pas renvoyé après le Concours. Soit l’auteur le récupérera en mains propres au CLuBB, soit le prototype, s’il n’est pas primé, sera recyclé en pièces détachées.
• Le renvoi du prototype en France à 55 €. Avec cette option, le prototype est renvoyé à l’auteur à une adresse française.
• Le renvoi du prototype à l’étranger à 65 €. Avec cette option, le prototype est renvoyé à l’auteur à l’étranger.

There are three options for payment of participation fees in the 2nd phase :

• The basic payment at €45. With this option, the prototype will not be returned after the Contest. Either the designer will collect it in person from the CLuBB, or the prototype, if it does not win an award, will be recycled into spare parts.
• Return of the prototype to France for €55. With this option, the prototype is returned to the designer at a French address.
• Return of the prototype abroad for €65. With this option, the prototype is sent back to the designer abroad.

Finale / Final

Le verdict du 43e Concours de Boulogne-Billancourt sera rendu le dimanche 29 septembre 2024 au Centre Ludique de Boulogne-Billancourt.

The result of the 43rd Boulogne-Billancourt Contest will be given on Sunday, September 29, 2024 at the Centre Ludique de Boulogne-Billancourt.
